The Manatee is one unit in The Cape Quad, a recently restored, fenced quadraplex with mid-century charm and a cool, beachy vibe. You will enter the unit and immediately relax as you sit on your screened-in lanai. The Manatee is an open-concept with a living/dining area, open galley kitchen and a large bedroom with lots of natural light. The bedroom is equipped with a luxurious KING bed, a beautiful modern desk and black-out curtains. There's an ensuite bath with storage for your towels and beach towels and a tub/shower for your convenience. The large bedroom has a large closet with space for hanging clothes and space for all your luggage. It's also where you'll find beach chairs and beach toys. After a long day at the beach, come home and relax on the plush leather couch and start streaming your favorite shows! (note: streaming only, no cable).
