The cabin was perfect and comfortable for me and my family. Kids loved it with lots to do. April had it nicely decorated for the holidays. A vehicle is necessary but location is a short drive to downtown Helen. I would stay at April's cabin again.

April’s cabin was very clean and in a great location with beautiful views. The neighborhood was quiet and April was very responsive with communication. I would recommend this place to stay if visiting Helen, GA.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Helen. It’s well equipped in a peaceful and beautiful location. Our host April was responsive and let us know she was available if we needed anything. The community is gated and feels very safe. The beds were comfortable to sleep on and my college kids and I really enjoyed the pool table. We were able to use the WiFi with no problem and our Verizon phone service worked well there. The drive to the cabin is pretty steep in a couple of spots and as mentioned by the host there are a lot of stairs since there are 3 levels. This was no problem for us but it might be an issue for some people. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

This accomodations was very clean. We stayed for 3 1/2 weeks. We cooked many of our evening meals in the unit and found it adequately stocked with cooking utensils and tablewear for my wife and I. We had some difficulty with the cable system early on and April responded quickly. Her property manager visited and was able to remedy the problem. We did have some challenges with the Heating/Cooling system, but I suspect that was more of an operator issue. Both April and Carolina, her property manager, tutored us though. The unit is well located with fine restaurants nearby. It was in a quiet neighborhood, except for the relatively frequent emergency vehicle sirens. (The unit is located a couple blocks from a major fire house). We found the patio very comfortable and spent much time there. It was really a plus that there was a laundry facility on site. Not in the unit itself, but in another building on the property. We rate both the host and the property highly and would stay again.

April is a kind, thoughtful and responsive host. We have stayed here before and this little apartment is becoming our go to place when we visit family in Cape Coral. Love the little screened in porch. The price is reasonable and close to everything. Thanks April.

This was an excellent place to escape the cold northern winter for a month. It had everything we needed and was within walking distance of downtown Cape Coral and all of the bars, restaurants, and shops. The unit was exactly like the pictures showed. It was very clean, and had a fenced in yard for privacy. April was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay, a fabulous host. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Our stay was perfect. The apartment (the wave) had everything we needed to be there for a month. It was ideal walking distance to all amenities and the Cape Coral’s farmers market. It was really quite and safe with a fenced in yard. Definitely recommend Aprils place!

Very good stay in Cape Coral. Very friendly host. She also arranged a baby bed and a high chair for our small child as well as gave a small toy as a present. Highly recommend

April was a great host. She was super responsive with any questions we may have had and was proactive in fixing other things. It was in the perfect location for what we needed and the place was very clean. I would highly recommend April’s place!! Thank you April!!!
